Our boot camp program is designed especially for those who enjoy group training in the outdoors and indoors. Workouts will include challenging yet fun exercise drills, plyometrics and calisthenics that will build strength and agility with a small dose of competition. We will jog, jump, squat, lunge, climb and throw our way into well-defined and powerful bodies. You will unleash hidden sources of strength and increase your stamina. All levels are encouraged to attend. 

           MUSCLE TONE


We will help you build your muscle tone...  It is a matter of exposing muscles to a resistance movement, providing the muscles with protein, then giving the muscles enough time and rest to repair themselves. The repaired muscles will have improved muscle tone. They will also be stronger and look better.

           CORE STRENGTH


You may be wondering what exactly is core strength and why should you worry about it? One reason is this: all of our movements are powered by the torso--the abs and back work together to support the spine when we sit, stand, bend over, pick things up, exercise and more. The torso is the body's center of power, so the stronger you are in that area, the easier your life will be.
